Benchmarking CCI - Reproducibility Documentation
This website provides the original code used to conduct simulations and real data analyses for benchmarking several cell–cell interaction (CCI) inference tools on spatial transcriptomics (ST) data. We primarily focus on methods that rely on statistical testing, rather than machine learning–based approaches, to resolve interactions between specific cell types across ST datasets of varying resolutions.
